Mr Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University. He is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and a member of the Arab Lawyers Union.
During his practice of the profession in Egypt, he participated in many important cases that attracted the attention of public opinion, especially the appeals of the unconstitutionality of some laws and regulations, and the effect of this was to change the rules of supervision in the Capital Market Authority over securities companies.
He also conducted important legal research on how to form and manage local and municipal councils and the difference between local government and local administration. The Egyptian legislator agreed with what was stated in that research, so he changed the name of the Ministry of Local Government to the Ministry of Local Administration. Mr Muhammad’s primary field of specialization is civil, commercial, administrative, investment, criminal, and family law. His extensive knowledge of all laws, their explanations, cassation and cassation provisions, and his extensive knowledge in all fields helped distinguish him in this field.
A veteran senior legal consultant who has practiced the legal profession for thirty-seven years, the last eleven of which were in Qatar.
Mr Mohammed's primary focus is on litigation, including reviewing cases, preparing legal memorandums and presenting written arguments before the courts of Qatar, and legal consultations in all specialties and different branches of law.
