Muhammad Al Awadi obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from Zagazig University, Arab Republic of Egypt. He is currently registered with the Egyptian Lawyers Syndicate as an "Appellate Lawyer."
Mr. Muhammed has nearly fifteen years of experience in various branches of law, enabling him to handle numerous cases in different legal fields.
In recognition of Mr. Muhammad's efforts in representing many Arab and foreign clients, he was promoted to become a Senior Legal Counselor and is currently the General Manager of Al Jalahma Law Firm.
Before joining Al Jalahma Law Firm, Mr. Muhammad practiced law from 2008 to 2019, working for successful law firms in Egypt and Qatar. His experience in both Egypt and Qatar is a valuable addition to Al Jalahma Law Firm.
Mr. Muhammad is also a General Arbitrator in international arbitration institutions, holding a certificate as an international arbitrator from the International Consultants Center in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He is currently registered with the Qatar Bar Association and is the first lawyer in the firm licensed to appear before all types of courts, public prosecution, and police stations by the Qatari Bar Association, affiliated with the Qatari Ministry of Justice.
He is adept in providing legal consultations and drafting contracts. He possesses excellent communication skills to understand and meet clients' needs, including providing legal support to major Arab and foreign clients.
Mr. Muhammad has obtained final and enforceable judgments in favor of our clients, setting important legal precedents in Qatar. Recently, he obtained a final judgment regarding compensation for one of our clients, with the court ordering compensation of QAR 800,000 for the moral damages suffered by our client due to a threat crime. This is the largest compensation amount in the history of Qatari criminal justice.
Mr. Muhammad provides written and oral legal consultations to our clients in various areas of law, including civil law, construction laws, criminal law, and labor law. He also has good experience in resolving contractual disputes through negotiation and settlement.He handles civil lawsuits, including those related to construction, labor disputes, family disputes, corporate disputes, leasing, and more.He drafts defense memoranda for all types and levels of Qatari courts.He drafts and reviews various types of contracts, including company formation contracts, sale and purchase contracts, employment contracts, lease contracts, and more.He provides legal consultations and support to major Arab and foreign clients, including drafting and reviewing various types of contracts mentioned above.
