Khawla Arar holds a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Criminal Law and Criminology, from Arabi Tabasi University in Algeria, conferred in 2015. Additionally, she obtained a Professional Competence Certificate to practice law in the same year. Transitioning to work in Qatar, she joined Salah Al-Jalahma Law Firm in 2020.
In her role, Khawla Arar handles all legal procedures before Qatari courts, including various types and degrees of cases, as well as public prosecution matters and criminal complaints, specializing in family and criminal cases and drafting legal memoranda therein. Moreover, she manages the financial accounts of the firm, including banking transactions and dealing with wage protection systems.Furthermore, Khawla Arar is responsible for the human resources management of the Firm, which encompasses recruitment and appointment processes, competency management programs, training operations, salary systems, compensation, and bonuses, in addition to employee affairs services.
