Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Zagazig University obtained in 1985, and a member of the Egyptian lawyer’s syndicate since 1993.
He began his professional career immediately after graduation, managing his own law firm in Egypt. He handled legal affairs for numerous clients across various business sectors. Mr. Safwat has built his expertise for over thirty years across various branches of law, qualifying him to achieve the highest levels of proficiency in the legal profession.
He started working in Qatar on 8/1/2015 as a legal consultant at one of the Qatari law firms, then started to work at Salah Al Jalahma Law Firm in 2023.
Mr. Safwat provides our clients with written and oral legal consultations in various fields of law, including commercial disputes, disputes related to commercial contracts, disputes between partners or shareholders, disputes related to banking operations and commercial papers, insurance companies, investment, disputes related to competition protection and prevention of monopolistic practices, electronic disputes and their transactions, and all disputes related to companies. He also handles civil disputes, family matters, estates, labor disputes, and all criminal cases directly. Additionally, he directly handles a large and diverse number of cases, including civil and commercial cases, tax cases, labor cases, rental cases, as well as family and estate cases, across all levels of litigation.
